Neural Computing Surveys
http://www.cse.ucsc.edu/NCS/
"One way to cope with the exponential increase in the number of articles published in recent years is to ignore most of them. A second, perhaps more satisfying, approach is to provide a forum that encourages the regular production - and perusal - of high-quality survey articles. This is especially useful in an inter-disciplinary, evolving field such as neural networks. This journal aims to bring the second view-point to bear. It is intended to encourage researchers to write good survey papers, motivate researchers to look here first to check what's known on an unfamiliar topic." http://www.library.ucsb.edu/istl/00-fall/internet-b.html

| Working of the Scheme
The College Principal, Department Heads and faculty have decided the best books for the maximum benefit of the students. The books thus purchased are accessioned in the library and issued to each student (one set) for a period of One year/semester.
At the end of the year/semester the student returns all the books and is given the next year/semester textbooks based on his branch of study.
Benefits to students
- A single one-time payment ensures availability of best text books for each subject throughout his four year of study
- Books are handed over to him at his college only
- The presence of textbook for all time under his possession will improve his performance in internal and external examinations
- No need to spend time and fare to buy books from market at higher rate and with difficulties
