Dr.
S. Sudhakara Reddy
obtained his B.Tech Degree in
Mechanical Engineering (Production) from Kakatiya
University, Warangal,
M.Tech Degree in Design and Production
Engineering (Machine Tools) from N I
T, Warangal and M.B.A (Human Resource
Management) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.
He
obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University
Tirupathi.
The
research work related to his Ph.D
was carried out at Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) and Advanced Research
Center for Powder Metallurgy and New
Materials (ARCI) at Hyderabad.
His
area of research includes Tribology, CAD/CAM & Advanced Manufacturing
Technology.
He is having
2 years industrial and24 Years of
teaching as well as administrative experience at Under-Graduate and
Post-Graduate level at various institutions.
In
addition to teaching he also worked as Associate NCC Officer, NSS
Officer, Training and Placement Officer and Head of the Mechanical Engineering
Department.
He
has been an author for 3 textbooks; he has published 20 technical
papers in international and national conferences and national journals.
He
is a life member of ISTE &
SAHTSE, Member of Institution of Engineers (MIE), Indian Institution of Production Engineers (MIIPE) and Indian society for
Mechanical Engineers (ISME).
